Before starting work, I studied the strengths and weaknesses of past design, as well as conducted research on competitors from Russia, and the experience of foreign companies in the field of online insurance.
After talking with specialists from business and marketing segments, I received all the necessary information in order to get started. In parallel with specialists from frontend and backend departments, we identified technical limitations in order to optimally allocate time for the development of our platform new design iteration.
To this day, I continue to work on this project. It taught me a lot, made me look at many things from a different angle and improved all my skills. Before starting work, a lot of work was done: analysis of our current platform and competitors' platforms. Many solutions were identified that were to be transformed to create a better UX and UI perception for our users.
